- Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we typically process it within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment in real time. You can check the tracking number on the respective carrier’s website for updates on your delivery status. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
- International Shipping: At this time, TrendParizz does not offer international shipping. However, we may consider shipping to international destinations upon request. Please contact us directly if you would like to inquire about international shipping options.
6. Order Delays
While we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors outside our control, such as:
- Carrier delays: Weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays with the shipping carrier.

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information: If the shipping information provided is incomplete or incorrect, it may cause delays in processing or delivery.

7. Shipping Address

If there is an issue with the address provided (e.g., incorrect street address, zip code, or missing details), please contact us immediately to correct the error. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.

- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you with a return or exchange as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist you with tracking the package and resolving the issue.
9. Signature Requirement
For high-value orders or orders that require additional security, we may require a signature upon delivery. This will be indicated during the checkout process if applicable. If you are not available to sign for the package, you may need to arrange a redelivery or pick it up from the carrier’s local facility.
10. Shipping Notifications

11. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be contacted to arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
