At TrendParizz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy provides clear guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please take a moment to review the details below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged or show signs of wear or alteration.
- The product must be returned with proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories that came with the product.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a secure shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria (unused, in original condition, etc.), we reserve the right to reject the return or charge a restocking fee.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@trendparizz.com. If the exchange is approved, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the item. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable items (if applicable)
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@trendparizz.com or by phone at (641) 923-2851. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item once it has been delivered.
